FEATURED PROJECT: BRINGING BROWNSTONE ENERGY TO THE BOOGIE DOWN BRONX

scope

Art sourcing & installation • Paint, wallpaper, and acoustic slats selection • Decorative wall treatments • Closet organization system • Space-optimizing furniture installation • Licensed trade partners completed all regulated electrical and HVAC work

The homeowners found this 1910 single-family home on Craigslist — yes, that Craigslist. They moved into a builder-basic renovation with zero personality and wanted a space that felt connected to their Brooklyn roots. We reimagined the interior through color, art, and thoughtful finishing: a historic-inspired paint palette, curated furniture and artwork, acoustic slat accents, and space-optimizing organization. The result is a warm, grounded home with character, contrast, and a distinctly styled point of view. Licensed trade partners completed any required HVAC and electrical upgrades.

FEATURED PROJECT: WHEN WATER DAMAGE FORCES A REDO, DO IT RIGHT

scope

Kitchen demolition and disposal • Faucet, sink, and diswasher sourcing and installation • Cabinet hardware installation • Cabinet layout consultation • Coordination with licensed trade partners for electrical and tilework

After two insurance events left the kitchen unusable, the homeowners chose to redesign rather than repair. We handled the demolition, replaced the faucet and under-sink plumbing, installed the dishwasher, and completed cabinet hardware updates. We then directed the design while licensed trade partners completed electrical, tilework, and other regulated scopes. The new kitchen blends natural oak cabinetry, open shelving, and warm lighting in a layout tailored for everyday life. The bathroom refresh features an Anthropologie vanity, timeless tilework, and a layout optimized for a calm, work-from-home lifestyle.

FEATURED PROJECT: ADDING 1,000 SQUARE FOOT OF USABLE SPACE THROUGH DESIGN

scope

Interior layout planning & space reconfiguration design • Closet organization & storage system installation • Painting & decorative finishing • Hardware, faucet, lighting & furniture sourcing • Coordination with licensed trade partners for framing, electrical, plumbing, and ADU-related construction

This 1920 Queens home had far more potential than its original layout allowed. We redesigned the interior to unlock over 1,000 square feet of usable space, creating two basement studios, a two-level garage conversion, a first-floor suite, and a second-floor apartment. We led the layout planning, finish direction, and fixture sourcing while coordinating licensed trade partners for all structural, plumbing, and electrical scopes. Durable finishes, efficient layouts, and thoughtful lighting helped each space feel independent, intentional, and livable — turning a simple renovation into a flexible, income-generating home.
